Terms of Service PH

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TheraLink PH ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

TheraLink PH is a therapy management platform that connects clinic administrators, therapists, and parents of children receiving pediatric occupational therapy services.

2. User Roles & Responsibilities

The Platform supports the following roles, each with different access levels:

• Super Administrators — manage clinics, system settings, and platform-wide configuration
• Clinic Administrators — manage staff accounts, clients, payments, and clinic settings within their tenant
• Therapists — manage assigned clients, create activity programs, log progress, and schedule sessions
• Parents / Guardians — view their children's progress, complete home activities, and upload proof media

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Access data belonging to other clinics, therapists, or families outside your authorized scope
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Platform's code or architecture
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than managing therapy services and related activities

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Data Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect personal and health information.

TheraLink PH uses a multi-tenant architecture — each clinic's data is isolated and accessible only to authorized users within that clinic.

5. User-Generated Content

Therapists and parents may upload content including:

• Activity worksheets, videos, and reading materials
• Photo and video proof of completed activities
• Clinical notes and progress observations
• Profile pictures and credentials

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant TheraLink PH a license to store and display it within the Platform to authorized users in your clinic.

You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to upload images or videos of children, and that uploaded content complies with applicable privacy laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TheraLink PH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data resulting from system failures or user error
• Decisions made by therapists or parents based on Platform data
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform

8. Account Termination

Clinic administrators may deactivate staff or parent accounts within their clinic. Super administrators may terminate entire clinic accounts.

Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Data Privacy Policy's retention guidelines.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
